Monday Love: DIY-candle holders

Happy monday lovelies!
Since the evenings are getting longer and darker now, we need more light in the house - especially candle-light. Although the flames may be tiny, they really do warm us and lighten up feelings as well! These glas-holders are an idea from our latest issue of KidsLife, and they are so easy to make. You cut papaer doillies and fix them with a straw-ribbon on simple glasses. Put a tealight in and - voilá, it looks so pretty!

  3. They look lovely! The light coming out of them must definitely be warm... Here too with the onset of winter, the days are getting smaller. But the temperature here is in the range of 22-25 degrees, pleasant.
Have a fabulous week ahead Martina:)

  20. Darling Martina!!!!!

Oh dearest, thank you for coming over to visit!!!! WE HAD THE MOST DELICIOUS TURKEY and it was a most pleasant evening!!!! Everything turned out so nicely and it ended up a quiet affair, with only one friend, but that was just wonderful. It was cozy chatting afterwards and we just loved it all....YOU HAD A 3 DAY SPA DAY?????? Now that sounds delicious in itself!!! NOW IT IS THE HOLIDAY SEASON and I just can't believe it! I wish you periods of rest and relaxation as I know you are going to be working very hard my dearest, and so will I! But then I will be getting 7 days off from work so that will be wonderful!

WISH YOU A HAPPY DAY!!!! Anita
