Happy weekend lovelies!
If you have mint growing in your garden, why not try this delicious Pesto i made the other day? It's so green and fresh, it's made within minutes and it has this minty, sharp and sweet flavour i love!
Find the recipe here.
I'm going to take a little break from blogging until middle of July. Since our magazine KidsLife is undergoing a complete relaunch i have so much on my plate right now, it's just feels like too much. I will still visit you if i find time and hope we'll stay in touch!
Enjoy summer and keep sparkling!

This pesto sounds interesting...I don't grow mint anymore because it almost took over the yard once! haha!
ReplyDeleteI wonder what you put the mint pesto on? I have to admit I've never had it.
Don't work too hard and have fun while you are at it :)
