Why do we love the sea? It is because it has some potent power to make us think things we like to think.
Robert Henri
Some pictures from a recent trip to the Netherlands, visiting Scheveningen, with it's huge sandy beach and the beautiful city of Den Haag. The best part of these days was sitting outside in a beach cafè with a hot, fresh mint-tea, watching the sun go down and slowly melting into the ocean, sand on our feet and a scarf wrapped around the shoulders. I wish i could see the sea more often. For me, it has such a soothing, mind opening efect - the sounds, the smells, all connecting me to the rhythms of nature.
If you feel stressed this week ( i hope not!), think of the ocean and tune in, or, if you are lucky enough to live close to the beach, just go there and - let go!
Happy start to your week lovelies!
