4 Colorful rooms
by Toronto interior decorator Holly Dyment, virtually updated with some of my art. Her site is worth exploring, if you're on the hunt for some dashing ideas on how to ad color to your rooms.
. Have a look: in the first picture you see the painting i've posted some time ago, the yellow and black lady, now with the mysterious silver layer, added by my friend Andrea König. In the last picture you see one of the wild girls from beginning of this week. Ah, i had so much fun doing this! A few dashes of color so brighten my mood while winter spreads out it's beautiful but cold sheets everywhere!
Have some creative fun this weekend, and look at some more pretties here!
oh how fun!that's great, and a great way to see them in different environments :)
ReplyDeleteGUTEN TAG MY DEAREST! I am home today on a day off....a much needed day off! And here I am, to enjoy this bright and beautiful post. NOW are your paintings actually in these rooms, or did I understand correctly that they were added in virtually???? Either way, your work adds such beauty to these elegant rooms! Oh Martina, you are so talented! How are you holding up to this cold? It is about 1 degree Farenheit at the moment!!!
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely Friday dear friend, Anita
Oh Martina, well your art work looks so stunning against this cadre and I AM SO IMPRESSED WITH YOU! Yes, I too am an artic dweller here; all we need in our landscape are a couple of polar bears and we will have ourselves the perfect winter scene!

ReplyDeleteBonjour ma belle! Oh Martina, you are soooo kind to come always! I am so tired dearest, so tired; and I even took a day off yesterday! I had fun glittering, decorating and trying to post. But I was so dissatisfied with my post because I felt rushed. I KNOW THAT YOU KNOW THAT FEELING! I fear my post is shallow, or at least, not well done. HOWEVER, the photos are lovely and that PURPLE HAT IS TDF!!!!! I WANT A WHITE HORSE TOO!!! :) We are BURIED in snow here. I can hear the large snowplows outside, shoveling the streets because there are quite a few inches on the ground. Our new addition subflooring will need to be dusted off or rather shoveled, so off I go into the cold morning air.
ReplyDeleteI so appreciate your kindness my friend! Anita
Those are lovely Martina... Certainly make for a pretty sight!!
ReplyDeleteThe news channels show in India that the temperature in Europe is -20degree celsius!!! Is that true??
