Green food for the weekend!

Happy weekend lovelies!
If you have mint growing in your garden, why not try this delicious Pesto i made the other day?  It's so green and fresh, it's made within minutes and it has this minty, sharp and sweet flavour i love!
Find the recipe here

I'm going to take a little break from blogging until middle of July. Since our magazine KidsLife is undergoing a complete relaunch i have so much on my plate right now, it's just feels like too much. I will still visit you if i find time and hope we'll stay in touch!

Enjoy summer and keep sparkling!

  4. Oh Martina my sweet one! You DO need a break my friend. I will miss you so much, but I want you to take CARE OF YOURSELF while you are undergoing so much stress. I KNOW what it can do to you.

I make pesto at least 3 times a week! I use either basil from my garden or cilantro. I must check out your recipe here...one can never have only ONE recipe for pesto! I make pesto burgers stuffed with GOAT CHEESE and topped with the pesto. OHHHH GOOD!!

LOVE TO YOU and BON COURAGE, Anita

  15. This pesto sounds interesting...I don't grow mint anymore because it almost took over the yard once! haha!
I wonder what you put the mint pesto on? I have to admit I've never had it.
Don't work too hard and have fun while you are at it :)
