Monday Love: Turning stairs into art

Some amazing street art  that caught my eye. Isn't it stunning, how just a bit of color can have  such a dramatic impact to an otherwise quite bland and grey scenery? Well, it's more than a bit of color, in all of these cases it's a LOT of color, and a lot of work and creative imagination. And it's wonderful to see how people care - and put so much effort into making life more beautiful and creating a colorful surprise for others.

So, if your week seems like a steep grey stair to climb sometimes, think of how you can transform the experience - into a piece of art. Because:

And: Spring is almost here. In case you're looking for some new shades:

  5. This is absolutely marvellous!! I wish every place had stairs painted like these!! I think people would be so much happier when they had to go to work and places! Made me smile...the world is often without enough colour, we need more!! And the earth without art is definitely 'eh!! I wouldn't be able to function without my art!! This was splendid, I feel like painting my stairs now, haha! Have a wonderful week xx

  6. Good morning beautiful and bright friend! My internet service was giving me trouble, so here I am again to try to comment!

ART MUST be made in our communities in some form or another; why not on steps? That is so gorgeous and happy! How are you? I hope you are well-rested and ready to start a new week. Many hugs sweet girl, Anita

  7. I love the zig zaggy ones and the ones with the pictures on each step - wow! That artist must have spent weeks, even months on their knees. We have a lot of street art here where I live in Bristol and the more colour the better I say! Thanks for sharing.xx

  13. MARTINA! You got more snow? That is March for you, at least here where we live! March is the snowiest month BUT it melts away right away....a sure sign that the temperatures are changing!

Have hope my dear; the songbirds will soon be announcing spring! Much love, Anita
